CHICAGO — A woman is suing Wayne Wright LLP, associated corporate entities, and J. Scott Mechler for alleged breach of duty and negligence.
Rhonda Winer filed a complaint on Nov. 28 in Cook County Circuit Court, alleging the defendants failed to request arbitration for her claim and properly represent her.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges the defendants failed to preserve her insurance claim and allegedly approved a dismissal of her claim without her consent.
The plaintiff seeks judgment against the defendants in an amount greater than $50,000 for actual damages and any further relief this court grants.
