Dar Pro Solutions allegedly failed to properly perform grease trap services

CHICAGO — A man is suing Dar Pro Solutions for allegedly taking insufficient measures to prevent injuries.

Alejandro Morales filed a complaint on Dec. 1 in Cook County Circuit Court, alleging he sustained undisclosed physical injuries on Dec. 28, 2015, after grease trap doors were negligently opened at the P.F. Chang's restaurant in Northbrook, injuring him. The plaintiff holds the defendant responsible for allegedly carelessly performing oil collection and grease trap services.

The plaintiff seeks judgment against the defendant in an amount greater than $50,000 plus court costs. He is represented by Michael A. Home of Cary J. Wintroub & Associates in Chicago.
