CHICAGO — A company is suing Burrell Beverages and Burrell Vodka for alleged breach of contract.
iheart Media and Entertainment Inc. filed a complaint on Dec. 13 in Cook County Circuit Court, alleging the defendants failed to pay more than $46,000 they allegedly owe the plaintiff for commercial advertisements run during iHeart programming.
The plaintiff seeks judgment against the defendants to cover the alleged unpaid balances, court costs, interest and any further relief this court grants. The plaintiff is represented by Jason J. Patel of Russell M. Barnett & Associates LLC in Wheaton.
