CHICAGO — True Value Company is suing Karp's True Value for alleged breach of contract.
True Value Company filed a complaint on Dec. 12 in Cook County Circuit Court, alleging the defendant failed to repay its debt to the plaintiff.
The plaintiff seeks judgment against the defendant in an amount of $367,180 plus court costs, interest and any further relief this court grants. The plaintiff is represented by Isaac J. Colunga and Kelsey Weyhing of Ice Miller LLP in Chicago.
