CHICAGO — Two people are suing Kihm Residential Inc., Kihm Remodeling Inc. and Todd Kihm for alleged breach of contract.
Mike Norman and Heather LaFreniere filed a complaint on Dec. 12 in Cook County Circuit Court, alleging tthey paid for construction and remodeling services that were never completed. The plaintiffs hold the defendants responsible for allegedly failing to pay all subcontractors and material suppliers for the work that was supposed to be performed on the plaintiffs' property.
The plaintiffs seek judgment against the defendants in an amount greater than $50,000 plus court costs. They are represented by Donald N. Wilson of Murray, Jensen & Wilson Ltd. in Chicago.
