CHICAGO — A woman is suing Red Spade LLC for alleged breach of contract.
Jill Fitzgerald filed a complaint on Jan. 2 in Cook County Circuit Court, alleging the defendant failed to properly construct a retaining wall for her, and allegedly failing to make sure the retaining wall was completely stable and not compromised in any way.
The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks judgment against the defendant for damages, court costs and any further relief this court grants. She is represented by Aharon S. Kaye of Gutnicki LLP in Skokie.
