CHICAGO — A woman is suing Pathway Senior Living LLC, Pathway to Living and Victory Centre of Galewood SLF for allegedly taking insufficient measures to prevent injuries.
Janice Long, power of attorney for Judith Hayes, filed a complaint on Feb. 6 in Cook County Circuit Court, alleging Hayes sustained physical injuries as a result of a permanent brain injury. The plaintiff holds the defendants responsible for allegedly failing to provide Hayes with the medication she needed.
The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks judgment against the defendants in an amount greater than $50,000 and any further relief this court grants. She is represented by Thomas W. Dillon and Brian W. Irvin of Konicek & Dillon P.C. in Geneva.
