CHICAGO — A woman is suing Briar Place Ltd., Briar Place Nursing LLC, Extended Care Consulting LLC and a nurse for allegedly taking insufficient measures to prevent injuries.
Dorlinda Miller, independent executor of the estate of Carrey Miller, filed a complaint on March 14 in Cook County Circuit Court, alleging Carrey Miller suffered a fall because the defendant allegedly failed to adequately supervise him.
The plaintiff seeks judgment against the defendants in an amount that will fairly compensate her for the injuries and damages that Carrey Miller allegedly sustained. She is represented by Paul D. Richter and Caitlin K. Finnegan of Kralovec, Jambois & Schwartz in Chicago.
