CHICAGO — A mother is suing Northwestern Memorial Hospital, Northwestern Medical Faculty Foundation, Northwestern Medicine and Dr. Marc Feldstein for allegedly taking insufficient measures to prevent injuries.
Kate O'Laughlin, on behalf of her son, filed a complaint on March 22 in Cook County Circuit Court, alleging her son sustained physical injuries as a result of an improperly performed circumcision.
The plaintiff seeks judgment against the defendants in an amount that exceeds the jurisdictional limits of this court. She is represented by Bradley Z. Schulman of Motherway & Napleton LLP in Chicago.
