Symphony of South Shore allegedly failed to prevent man from repeatedly falling

CHICAGO — A man is suing Symphony of South Shore, citing alleged negligence.

Charles Frierson filed a complaint on April 18 in the Cook County Circuit Court, alleging that the defendant failed provide him with proper medical care.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges he fell multiple times while he was at the defendant's facility, which allegedly caused him to sustain injuries, including a subdural hematoma.
