Illinois Bone & Joint Institute, others allegedly failed to properly perform shoulder and arm procedures

Medical malpractice 04

CHICAGO — A woman is suing Dr. Craig Williams, Dr. Brian Donohue, the Illinois Bone & Joint Institute and several other health care providers, citing alleged negligence.

Lyen Huguet filed a complaint on April 18 in Cook County Circuit Court, alleging the defendants performed at least two surgical procedures on her shoulder and arm. However, her condition allegedly has not improved, and she claims that she continues to experience numbness and tingling in her fingers and shoulder.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks judgment greater than $50,000 for the costs of the suit and any further and equitable relief that may be just. She is represented by John Xydakis of the Law Offices of John S. Xydakis in Chicago.
