WAUKEGAN — A man is suing Warren Barr Lincolnshire for alleged negligence.
Thomas Reznicek, independent administrator of the estate of Marian Reznicek, filed a complaint on May 1 in the Cook County Circuit Court, alleging Marian Reznicek suffered pain and discomfort due to allegedly developing pressure ulcers, which allegedly resulted in the deterioration of her physical and mental health.
The plaintiff holds the defendant responsible for allegedly failing to properly monitor Reznicek and prevent her from developing pressure ulcers.
The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks compensation in an amount greater than $50,000. He is represented by David M. Resis of the Law Offices of Steven J. Malman in Chicago.
