CHICAGO — A woman is suing Renovo Endodontic Studio and dentist Jonathan W. Wong for alleged medical negligence.
Sommer Azzo filed a complaint on May 7 in Cook County Circuit Court, alleging she went to the defendants' dental clinic on May 12, 2017, to undergo surgery. The plaintiff claims she suffered a punctured lingual cortical plate while Wong was performing the surgical procedure on her.
As a result, the plaintiff claims she has sustained severe and permanent injuries and spent great sums of money to try to correct the injury. The plaintiff holds the defendants responsible for allegedly failing to use a tap drill with due care while performing the procedure.
