CHICAGO — A woman is suing BNSF Railway Company for alleged negligence.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges Gary Kirschman was exposed to various toxic substances and carcinogens while working for the defendant. She claims his alleged exposure to these substances caused him to develop acute myeloid leukemia.
