CHICAGO — A married couple is suing Dr. Tae-Jun Ahn and United Foot and Ankle Surgeons PC for alleged negligence.
Rachelle and Alison Spicer filed a complaint on May 15 in Cook County Circuit Court, alleging the defendants failed to properly assess and treat Rachelle Spicer's foot condition. As a result, the plaintiffs claim Rachelle Spicer has suffered and will continue to suffer personal and pecuniary injuries. Her wife and co-plaintiff, Alison Spicer, claims she has been deprived of her wife's services, society, companionship and conjugal relationship.
The plaintiffs request a trial by jury and seek judgment against the defendants in an amount greater than $50,000, plus the costs of the action. They are represented by Jeffrey J. Kroll and Rob L. Kohen of Salvi, Schostok & Pritchard PC in Chicago.
