CHICAGO — A man is suing Joseph Caruso, Jeffrey B. Jacobs, the Law Office of Jeffrey B. Jacobs and Luna Heating and Air Conditioning for alleged breach of contract and fraud.

Greg Briska filed a complaint on May 15 in Cook County Circuit Court, alleging the defendants falsely represented that they were connected to a reputable business called Luna Flooring in an alleged attempt to trick him into hiring their heating and air conditioning services. The plaintiff holds the defendants responsible for allegedly using the name and goodwill of another company, including its logo, to induce customers into hiring their services.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks judgment against the defendants, plus compensatory damages, an injunction, attorney's fees, costs and any other relief that may be just. He is represented by Michael J. Young of the Law Office of Michael J. Young in Westchester.
