CHICAGO — An estate administrator is suing Lexington of Streamwood, Royal Management Corporation and a nurse for alleged negligence.
Deborah Boundroukas, independent administrator for the estate of Thelma Lee Biringer, filed a complaint on May 17 in the Cook County Circuit Court, alleging Biringer experienced pain after allegedly suffering a fall. The plaintiff holds the defendants responsible for allegedly failing to prevent Biringer from falling
The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks judgment against the defendants in an amount greater than $50,000. The plaintiff is represented by Susan L. Novosad and Conor J. Fitzpatrick of Levin & Perconti in Chicago.
