CHICAGO — A man is suing Lakeview Rehab & Nursing Center and BM of Chicago Ridge LLC for alleged breach of duty and negligence.
Aurelio Garcia, via his power of attorney, Domenica Reyes, filed a complaint on May 24 in Cook County Circuit Court, alleging he fell while he was under the defendants' supervision. As a result, the plaintiff claims that he suffered serious physical injuries. The plaintiff holds the defendants responsible for allegedly failing to take measures to prevent him from falling.
The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks judgment in an amount greater than $50,000. He is represented by Kristen N. Koeller of Law Offices of Steven J. Malman & Associates PC in Chicago.
