Parkway Bank accuses BIR Training Center of failing to make note payments

CHICAGO — A bank is suing Business Industrial Resources Inc, which does business as BIR Training Center, alleging breach of contract.

Parkway Bank and Trust Co. filed a complaint July 3, in Cook County Circuit Court, claiming the defendant breached promissory note agreements by failing to pay the $91,750 outstanding amount.

According to the complaint, Parkway received two promissory notes from BIR Training Center. 

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks a judgment in the amount of $91,750, plus interest, costs, attorney's fees and other relief the court may deem apppropriate. It is represented by Sheryl Fyock and Holly Carto of Latimer Levay Fyock LLP in Chicago.
