An estate administrator is suing Dr. Mohamad Martini, Advocate Medical Group, Dr. Vsevolod Tikhomirov, Cardiac Surgery Associates S.C., Dr. Cherdkiat Sangkam, Dr. Srinivas Reddy, Specialty Physicians of Illinois LLC and Franciscan Health - Olympia Fields, alleging wrongful death after the hospital allegedly discharged him without ensuring a man was healthy enough to leave after a heart attack.
