Willis, filed a lawsuit March 14 in the Cook County Circuit Court against Prairie Manor Nursing & Rehabilitation Center LLC, doing business as Prairie Manor Nursing & Rehabilitation Center, citing the state's Nursing Home Care, Survival and wrongful
