Norridge Gardens LLC, others allegedly failed to prevent woman from developing pressure ulcers

CHICAGO — A woman is suing Norridge Gardens LLC, ManorCare of Elk Grove Village and several other health care providers for alleged negligence.

Gina Romando filed a complaint on May 3 in Cook County Circuit Court, alleging she has developed numerous pressure ulcers, which allegedly have caused her physical and mental health to deteriorate.

The plaintiff holds the defendants responsible for allegedly failed to adequately supervise and assist her to prevent her from developing pressure ulcers. 

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks judgment against the defendants in an amount that exceeds $50,000, plus attorney's fees. She is represented by Kristen N. Koeller of the Law Offices of Steven J. Malman in Chicago.
