  A patient is suing Dr. Briana Decuir, Vista Medical Center East, Joe Dezoma and Deborah Wohlitz, individually and as personal representative of the estate of Yvonne Dezoma, for allegedly not clearly marking doors on their premises, leading him to allegedly fall down basement stairs, when he thought he was entering a bathroom.
