Man sues over workplace milk injuries

A man is suing a milk company and its driver after suffering injuries when a pallet of milk fell on him at work. Bradford Tepper filed a complaint on May 29 in Cook County Circuit Court against Joseph McMahon Dairy Service Inc., doing business as McMahon Dairy Service, of Huntley, and an unknown driver.

Jessica Gonzalez brought a lawsuit May 26 in Cook County Circuit Court against Hines Interests Limited Partnership d/b/a Hines 333 West Wacker Drive GP LLC; and Otis Elevator Company, claiming premises liability in a July 2013 incident.
