A man is suing a milk company and its driver after suffering injuries when a pallet of milk fell on him at work. Bradford Tepper filed a complaint on May 29 in Cook County Circuit Court against Joseph McMahon Dairy Service Inc., doing business as McMahon Dairy Service, of Huntley, and an unknown driver.
