Woman sues retailer and affiliates for injuries after a fall

A Chicago woman is suing several parties affiliated with a local retailer after she was injured in a fall she claims was triggered by icy and snowy walking conditions. Provo Group, Inc. (a/k/a Evergreen Plaza Associates I, L.P.), ABM Janitorial Services - North Central, Inc., and Bon Ton Distribution, Inc. (d/b/a Carson Pirie Scott), were named as defendants in a suit filed by Carol Ross on May 8, 2015, in the Circuit Court of Cook County.

A Cook County man is suing another Chicago-area driver over personal injuries sustained in vehicle-pedestrian collision that occurred in the spring of 2013. Timothy Wennerberg filed suit in the Circuit Court of Cook County on May 7 against Charles Hall, the alleged driver of the vehicle involved in the incident.
