A woman is suing after her father developed an infection and died in a nursing home.Kathleen A. Deeds, as independent administrator of the estate of Willis L. Deeds, deceased, filed a lawsuit Jan. 16 in the Cook County Circuit Court against Trilogy Healthcare of Will LLC, doing business as St. James Manor & Villa, Yasser Farid M.D. and Julia Harris M.D., respondents in discovery, citing negligence
