CHICAGO -- A disabled man who must use a wheelchair is suing a local restaurant and its building owner over alleged violations of the Americans with Disabilities Act. Ollie Franklin Jr. filed a complaint on July 16 in Cook County Circuit Court against Karyn's Cooked Inc. and 738 North Wells Building LLC.
Produce company sued over unpaid loan
CHICAGO -- A produce business is being targeted for the money is still owes from a loan made back in 2008. Chateau Del Mar Inc. filed a complaint on July 16 in Cook County Circuit Court against Fresh Start Produce Inc, as well as John Kapadoukakis. On June 7, 2008, the defendants executed a promissory note, security agreement and personal guarantee with the plaintiff in the amount of $250,000.
