Plaintiff Helen Glasner filed a lawsuit in Cook County Circuit Court against Oliver Perez and American Chevrolet, doing business as Advantage Chevrolet, citing allegations of negligence.According to court documents, on November 12, 2021, Glasner was traveling south on a frontage road in Hodgkins when her vehicle was struck by another vehicle driven by Perez.
