Woman sues CTA over Evanston station; claims it's not accessible for persons with disabilities

A user of the city's transit system is suing over a slip and fall incident at the Evanston station, which she claims is not properly accessible for persons with disabilities. Vicky Patterson filed a lawsuit April 3 in the Cook County Circuit Court against the Chicago Transit Authority, citing negligence.According to the complaint, Patterson was at the CTA's Purple Line station at 601 S. Blvd. in Evanston
